LAWRENCEBURG, TN – A Lawrenceburg home was lost during a Monday afternoon fire. Members of the Lawrenceburg Fire Department were called to the Pettus Street property around 1:15 Monday afternoon on a report of a large fire consuming the residence. Crews arrived within minutes to find the property fully engulfed in flames. Two explosions were heard as firefighters worked to control the fire. No major injuries were reported. Crossroads Fire Department and Lawrence County EMS assisted at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
