LAWRENCEBURG, TN – The City of Lawrenceburg has a new council member and one returning for another term. Darryl Watson was sworn into his office during a ceremony at City Hall on Monday. Watson defeated incumbent Aaron Story to claim the seat during the city’s November election. Unopposed for re-election was Councilman Jamie Sevier who joined Watson in taking the oath of office. City Judge Ben Boston presided over the ceremony. Watson and Sevier will serve four year terms.
