LORETTO, TN — A new commercial development is officially underway in Loretto following a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday morning for White Poplar Properties, LLC.
The ceremony was held Tuesday, August 25, at the future development site at 104 South Military Street, marking the beginning of construction on a new building that will add commercial space along one of Loretto’s primary business corridors.
Representatives of White Poplar Properties, along with local community and business leaders, gathered at the site to celebrate the project and recognize the investment being made in the Loretto community.
The development is expected to provide additional space for businesses along South Military Street as White Poplar Properties continues its focus on property development and rental properties.
The company’s motto, “Building for Today. Investing for Tomorrow,” reflects the long-term vision behind the project as work begins on bringing the new facility to life.
